I gave my brother $100 to make a Spotify playlist (which I ended up making) and man his laptop.  It was fun, but I wish I had paid a real DJ.

$2500, but we will have a DJ, an Emcee, they are doing our lighting and we have them from about 4pm until 11pm continuously…

The DJ we want is $1,050, but he’s also a professional Emcee and will basically coordinate our reception. We are actually meeting with him next week to discuss prices because he’s a family friend 😉

Hoping we can talk him down to $800.

$625 for four hours of music, lighting and emcee. We talked him down from $750. It’s a splurge for us and he will be the last vendor we pay in case money gets tight

I’ll probably be paying around $1000, I will need 6 hours of music and I might pay more to have the ceremony done too.  So I don’t think yours is a bad deal! Sounds about right.

About 1000, for full reception music, cermeony sound, separate sound system, and emcee duties.

Ours was $700.  You should add a poll, you’ll get a lot more responses. 🙂
