Heaps! Draino is my best friend lol.
I often worry that I’m losing excessive amounts of hair so I check my hairline and head regularly for thinning patches.
Definitely start taking biotin daily, also a decent multivitamin as well.

said, if it seems to be getting worse or more than you’re used to losing definitely go get bloodwork done by your doctor!
My excessive hair loss was also the main symptom of my hypothyroidism before I knew I had it!

It depends. Mine will be good for a while, then it will start falling out like crazy. It’s a cycle. When it’s bad I could probably fill a sandwich bag. I have hashimoto’s though, so I expect my hair to go crappy from time to time. Thyroid hormone replacement has never made a difference for that for me FTR.

I also dye my hair black so so you really see it everywhere. the other day DH and i were loading the dishwasher and hes like “omg cmon a piece of your hair is in there” lol its gross.
I dont have any bald patches, just a bunch of baby hairs etc by my hairline that never seem to grow
i had my thyroid checked a while back, but i probably should get a check up soon anyway.
