What do you mean “how much?”

It depends on if your venue provides the alcohol or if you can bring your own in, and if you want to set a cap on how many will be available.

Then, what lilyfaith said is on the money. It entirely depends on your bar situation. For me, it is cheap because I’m brining my own bartenders and booze. At a banquet hall, I imagine it can get pricey. But that will depend on the place.

It would depend on your venue or the bartending company, it would also depend on what your signature drink is, its complexity, whether you use premium alcohols or not, and what ingredients are required for the drink.

Some fruits are more expensive or seasonal than others, for example mangoes. If you were to use mango flesh or nectar in the drinks, as opposed to peach nectar or orange juice, the cost could be more per drink.

Also, icey/slushy type drinks like pina coladas, margaritas, daiquiris can be served from a machine (those slushy machine things) or at least made ahead of time, whereas some drinks like martinis are made as they are order which would mean you would have to have bartenders making the drinks.

As for the cost, some places charge per drink, others may charge per gallon (for margarita type drinks). Its difficult to give you a round about cost without knowing more about your venue.
