Can somebody tell me how much cake tastings are in the LA area?? Or are they all free? I want to start but am not sure how picky I need to be… (sorry if this is a dumb question… but I can’t seem to find this information anywhere~! 🙁 ) Thanks!!!!! 🙂

Most are free. I wouldn’t go anywhere that you have to pay for one. You can call the bakeries and ask how much they charge, if anything.

i would call the bakery that you’re interested in. we’re getting our cake (cupcakes) from our venue so ours is free.

Ours was complimentary…and it was fun…and yummy…and I’m not even a cake person!

ours was $25, but thats because they baked us an entire top tier! We got to take all the extra cake home. so yummy!

Ours was free also! The only thing that would’ve cost us would have been the tasting for our main food. We had a lot of people tell us that our caterer was amazing though so no tasting was necessary 🙂

I was told mine would be $50

The tasting should be FREE for a stated amount of servings (usually free for up to 3). Good luck!

A lot of bakers will give you at least a few free samples. maybe a couple bucks a slice after that.
