My Anjolique ended up costing me about $946 and some cents including tax and the like.  This is before alterations, however, so I will be over $1000.

My dress retails for $1300 but at the authorized Maggie Sottero bridal salon I went to it retails for $959 PLUS 10% off bringing my bill to $864 pre-alterations for a spring 2011 gown. Too bad it takes 5-6 months to come in. I want it now!

My dress retails for $2300. I got it at a sample sale for $780 but have not done alterations yet. The handle on the zipper is broken, and there are a few buttons missing so I’m not sure how much the alterations will be. Otheriwse its in pretty good shape.

mine was a last-chance David’s Bridal sale, and so it was $350, but alterations are going to cost about $300 total I think. (I know, I know, I should have had them done somewhere besides DB…)

$800 at Alfred Angelo after a $100 discount….then plus tax & alterations made it about $300 more

Casablanca 1827 for $800 after taxes. Haven’t done the alterations yet, but I’m guessing that will cost an additional $300 or so.

I bought a Vera Wang dress…retail is $6800 before tax, we paid $6000 total including a sash, $660 for extra length, and alterations.  It’s expensive, the same cost as my venue rental, but it’s like nothing else I’ve seen (I can barely find other brides with it) and I may sell it afterward to reduce some guilt.

My Maggie Sottero dress was just under $1,500. With alterations, it ended up being about $1,750.

I’m in New Zealand and my dress was $1,900 NZD which seems to be a fairly standard price.  I wore Ella Bridal 5473.
