I’ll use our top venue choice – $4200 before tax for the whole store for the whole night, including the use of designated items from the store as decor. Obviously not including catering, alcohol, etc, but those are all done through vendors.

Our reception venue is $1,200, we have to use their caterer and that will cost us around $3,500 for about 240 people.

$2000 for the only the reception venue. Catering is seperate. It only includes use of the building, tables and chairs. Although, we also automatically get full access at 9am the day before to set up.

Ceremony and reception are in the same place – it will cost about $750, and food/bev is going to be about $5500 and that includes linen, staff, gratuities, tax, setup, take down and that’s about it!  And this is for about 100 people.

Our church ceremony fee – $2,300

Our reception minimum spend – $10,000 – we are hoping not to exceed this with about 80 guests.

Fingers-crossed!

Our venue for ceremony and reception is free, but we’re going to donate probably 500 or so for it. It includes a decorator and tables, linens, etc.

$350 (or if we go over 149 people it’ll be $500). Includes tables and chairs, we get it from 8a-11p… It’s an 1843 barn refurbished in 2002.

Either way, a STEAL! I still cannot believe we got this deal.

We knew from the moment we were getting married that we wanted to do it in a barn. No idea why… but we both wanted it (and I swear it was before I saw all these rustic weddings online LOL)

Our church is 2k.

Reception venue site fee is minimal (~200) but the head amount per person is going to be between 80-90$.  But we’re getting amazing stuff for that!  50 people or less!

We’re getting out less than 10k but that doesn’t count florals or decor.  We’re going great thus far on budget, but then again, I wanted an intimate wedding 🙂

Ours usually rents for $900 for 8 hours, but thanks to my awesome mama and her sweet contacts, its only gonna be $190 for insurance and security.  Woot!  It comes with chairs and tables that I hate but my mom wanted me to use though.  We compromised and we’re renting better chairs and I’m going to pretend that I can’t see the coke bottletop edges around the tables under tablecloths.

The ceremony site will cost about $250.

The reception site to rent is $995, which includes the tables, chairs, tableclothes and all linens (napkins) and for them to set up everything for us (favors, menus, centerpieces). That is for the 5 hours of reception time and set up can be whenever during the day.
