    In Sweden, parents are entitled to a total of 16 months paid leave (480 days) per child + 10 days off for both parents right after birth. Both mothers and fathers are entitled and encouraged to share the 480 days leave, which can be taken at any time until the child reaches the age of seven. But it’s not permitted for both parents to take leave at the same time – with the exception of the 10 days directly after childbirth.

    Sounds really good … it would sound so much better if I was actually working Frown
