Being that our site is non-alcoholic, we are puting together a punch bar- several punch bowls with different flavors. I am trying to figure out how much of each kind of punch to make. I know I have seen someplace a chart that tells you how many cocktails/beer/wine a person drinks per hour. Now I can’t remember where I saw it. Has anyone seen anything like this on the internet, or any other guide like that?

Most of the calculators I found online are for alcoholic beverages. But here’s what Better Homes and Gardens had to say…
"On the average, expect guests to drink 2 drinks or servings of a nonalcoholic beverage the first hour and 1 each hour thereafter. Remember, people drink more when the weather is warm."
That should at least help you get an estimate. If you consider one serving to be 1 cup (or 8 oz.) it should help you calculate how many total oz. you need. Then you can figure out how much of each ingredient you need to make that much.
Here’s the link for the alcoholic calculator I found…
