Hey Ladies! I know it’s Turkey Day, so I may not get much of a response, but it’s worth a shot 😀
I have my wedding shoes listed for sale on a few websites. I only wore them 2 times- at the rehearsal and wedding…. and even then, it wasn’t for very long either day.
They’re normally $340, and I have them listed for $250 or best offer.
Someone just made an offer for $150…. that is the highest offer I’ve had, but I’ve also gotten a lot more offers in the past few weeks- I assume b/c the brides who are getting married this spring/summer are just now getting their dresses/shoes and such.
I was really hoping to get more out of them, but I could also use the money. So, what say you, bees? Is $150 a fair price to accept, or should I hold out for a better offer?

@tinylittlebird: I am a shoe girl, the max I would pay for used used are $100-$125. You have a great offer take it! The MAX I would spend is 50 % of retail value and I would have to want them really bad.

Yeah, no way would I pay $250 for used shoes unless they had been like $600 shoes to begin with. I was actually going to say max 50% of retail too.
I’d take the $150 offer, personally.

The absolute max I would pay for used shoes is 1/3 of their RRP, depending on condition (if there was even the slightest mark, or scuff to the heel, I would only pay up to 20%). Reason being I buy high-end designer shoes in the sale direct from the store, brand new, for 50-70% off their RRP (Gina and JC); so no way would I pay $250 for a $340 pair of shoes that are used.
I’d take the $150.
