I think this question depends a lot on how experienced the make-up artist is and what region your wedding is in.  My cousin did my make-up for my wedding, but as a professional she charges $100 for the bride and that’s regular Mac make-up (not airbrush).  So I think that would be similar to your listed Package 1.  That is what she charges in San Diego.  Hope that helps.

I also think it depends on where you’re at too.  Like some artists that I spoke to in Atlanta were like $600 for similar to the middle package.  But a little more out in the country I was able to find like $100-150.  I was able to work with one lady who cut me an awesome deal and is doing my hair and makeup for $100 day of (but that’s not airbrush).  Of course it took a lot of googling and calling to find someone.

    -Good Luck!

@janeb15: Ahh! Are you a Cincinnati bride? That sounds identical to the description of a particular Cincinnati makeup artist I looked at…

I think my application was just under $200 including airbrushing and lashes.  My makeup artist came onsite at 6am though, so worth it!

My hair and makeup is $165.00 and that’s for airbrush.  She is coming to the room as well which will help keep stress down 🙂
