With my recent health issues, it’s been hard for me to get good sleep. I’m finally starting to feel better and totally crashed this weekend… I slept until 6am, woke up, did a few things, then went back to sleep til 2:30pm. I feel amazing now!
So how much sleep do you get usually?

Not enough. Lol.
I have to get up at 5:30am and I usually get to bed anywhere from 10pm-12am. I wish I could go to bed at 8pm, then I might actually feel rested.

During the week it never feels like enough. I have to get up at 5:45am. I try to go to bed between 9:30 and 10pm but I always read to help me fall asleep. On a good night Im asleep shortly after 10pm. But more often than not I am still awake at 11pm or later.

I’ve been sleeping in and going into work later, so about 8-9 hours a night.

I would say about 9 hours. It’s important to me to get enough sleep during the night.

My alarm usually goes off around 4:30 a.m. I would seriously go to bed at like 7:30 if I could! But between, work, dinner, baths, bedtime routines, usually a little more work, etc… I do good if I make it there by midnight!

I go to bed at like 1:30 am to wake up at like 7:45 am…I have some issues that are bugging me so no sleep here

Lately I’ve been going to bed around 10-11pm, lying awake until 3am, and sleeping fitfully until 8am. I feel terrible all day and I’m so tired, but I just can’t sleep.

I get up at 515 and get in bed anywhere from 830 to 915 and without fail I am asleep by 930 if not earlier. I am also on meds that make me need more sleep.

Usually between 7-8. I get up forwork at 6:30ish, and am usually in bed a little after 10.

Not very much. I tend to suffer bouts of insomnia where I’ll be up for a day or two. In fact, I didn’t sleep at all last night and crashed for a four hour nap today, which is a rare luxury. I usually can’t nap but I’ve had 3 nights of not sleeping this week and my body eventually just runs out of stream.
When the insomnia is under control I still really only sleep 5-6 hours a night.

I try to get at least 8 hours. If not, I’m a useless zombie otherwise.

I head to bed at 11 and get up at 6:30. So on a good night I fall asleep by 1130 and get 7 hours sleep.

I have insomnia plus lately I’ve been in pain so sleeping through the night isn’t really happening. I tend to sleep twice a night, each time for less than five hours. I get to 4-5 hours, and the pain wakes me up. Once ina while I totally crash if i hven’t really gotten any sleep in several days.
