Do you guys drink soda daily? a few times a week? only on the weekends when you’re out? Or never? On average, I drink about one or two (maximum and this is rare) soda cans on the weekends. We usually eat out dinner once during weekends and that’s it. If there’s a party as well, I’ll drink it. Usually, I can’t even finish a can in one sitting so I will cover it and put it in the fridge for later. I usually let the ice melt first too because it’s a bit sweet for me. I like my soda watered down (yes, I know, people tell me this is gross).

I gave up soda in college. I only ever drink it if there are no other mixers for alcohoL while out.

I rarely drink soda. Unless I get it in a mixed drink, I never order it. On occasion, I’ll have a diet coke, but that’s so rare… The sugar is the soda just makes me sick. Not to mention Fiance and I lost so much weight when we cut soda out of our lives and home!

Maybe one a week and that’s usually pushing it. I only drink it if it’s the only thing available. Sodas aren’t typically drinks I enjoy. I’m not a big carbonation fan.

I drink a soda every morning, it’s my substitute coffee.

Never. Soda is too sweet. I prefere iced tea, not sweet

I pretty much only drink it when it has alcohol, we’re on vacation, or I really need to stay awake (I don’t like coffee). And sprite sometimes when I’m sick. In high school I used to drink a can a day, I’m happy to be so much healthier now!

Every once in a while, maybe once every few weeks. Usually if we’re out and about and stopped for lunch. I pretty much gave it up completely when I was pregnant with my son, and just never really picked it back up with any regularity afterwards.

I gave up soda about a yr ago. Dropped 2 dress sizes. Now I drink green tea & water!!! 🙂

I gave it up shortly after becoming pregnant.. Maybe about five or six months ago. I drank a lot of it daily. a lot. Now I’m just used to water and watered down juice. It’s funny, soda was never too sweet for me, but I have never been able to drink any juice without adding water.

Almost never. Regular soda is disgustingly sweeet and too high in calories and diet soda is so unhealthy.

Maybe once every couple of months? I mainly just drink it if we got to the movie theatre, because for some reason I love watered down Sprite 😉 If we ever get soda to drink at home it’s Sprite or Gingerale, but Darling Husband and I avoid soda in general because the bubbles and sugar make us feel pretty bad. We gave it up during university.

I don’t drink soda anymore because of the high sugar content. I drink unsweetened iced tea, or sparkling water instead if I get the craving for carbonated drink.
