mist2015: JessieFay13: when we eat out also, I will sometimes get an iced tea too. sometimes, i will crave soda but definitely no more than once per week. for some weird reason, a coke with lots of ice specifically from mc donalds taste the best. I alternate what soda I drink weekly with sprite, mountain dew, or root beer (my most favorite).

I gave it up this past spring. I drink sparkling water for the fizz

None. My husband and I gave it up cold turkey. Sugar is so, so, so bad for you in excess.

I rarely drink soda, but I tend to drink diet to limit the liquid calories. It takes effort and money to buy it!

My blood is probably 95% Diet Coke.

Never. Haven’t touched the stuff in years. I drink water all day & a cup or two of green tea in the morning.

I am not ashamed to admit that I have a diet coke addiction. Out of all the ways you can die in life I am okay with that being my vice.

Every so often. Maybe if we’re out to dinner, but generally I prefer sparkling water. I do insist on having a Sprite if we go to the movies, but that’s probably only once every few months.

I will not say never…I rarely drink soda anymore. Every once in a while I crave orange fanta. I drink only water, unsweetened iced green tea, my morning Americano with sugar free Carmel & non fat milk (my only DAILY liquid calories).
However, I USED to drink copious amounts of My. Dew. I’m talking at least 72 ounces per day. I quit that and immediately picked up those Arizona green teas. I would drink 3 of those huge cans per day (1400 calories total all 3 cans and over 28g of sugars per serving and EACH can was 3 servings!!!). Once I really quit all those drinks I lost 35 pounds in 2 months and my skin looks amazing.
I will never go back to drinking soda or sugary drinks.

A couple times a week I’ll have a diet soda, I know it’s awful but I’ve cut back a lot. I drink mostly water, coffee or tea.

ICallHimFarmBoy: Cory_loves_this_girl: leilalexicon: Amen sisters!
I have a couple of cans a day. Sometimes it’s none but then heaps on the weekend. Only coke. And not even diet. I know! It’s terrible! I enjoy mineral water as well and I’m slowly cutting back but when I’m an emotional eater, it’s hard. Food (and soft drinks as we call them in Aus) are my reward for feeling good, bad, sad and every other emotion inbetween.

I’m a coke addict (like properly addicted) I have one can/small bottle a day because I know my body can’t handle too much. I don’t drink coffee tea or alcohol, I don’t smoke or do drugs so I’m okay with knowing how gross it it.
But I still drink a lot of other soft drink. Oh well 🙂

Hardly ever. I don’t like pop. But I may drink Sprite once in a blue moon and usually if I’m sick and haven’t been able to eat.
We mainly drink lots of tea, aloe water, water, and soymilk. :3
