marriedtopizza: I didn’t want to believe it either. But when I saw how much weight I had gained I decided to make a change. I’m sure I did other things to help me loose weight. Like not eating out as much. But I think coke was definately the one that was making me gain weight. Especially after loosing a lot of weight in such a short amount of time. I don’t want to sound like I am lying but I can honestly say I lost about 10 pounds in like 2 weeks.

socalgirl1689: Ugh I wish I could give up soda. I try not to buy it in my house, but I drink soda pretty much every day or ever other day- Love Pepsi, and I get withdrawls when I try to leave it. When I get stressed I crave a soda… but I know it is so bad for me!

the only things I drink are: water (I try to drink about 8 liters throughout the day, minimum), coffee, wine, orange juice and skinny margaritas (fresh squeezed lime & orange juice, tequilla and a tsp. of agave). I don’t know the last time that I had a soda. . .
