If you’re only doing pictures after then yes you will likely need more time. But we’re having no gap because they are very annoying to me so there’s no time between the end of the ceremony and start of the reception. If you are doing pictures before and after the ceremony then you should be fine.

Are you doing some pictures before hand? Regardless, I think the limo driver needs to follow your time schedule, but I think 15-20 minutes for all posed photos is too short. If you are taking some beforehand, then 15-20 after is good. Either way, I would contact him (either by email or face to face) and tell him that you are hiring him with specific time parameters in mind that will follow your timeline for the day, and while you appreciate his opinion and experience, you really only need him from X time until X time.
