How much should I tip the servers and the event coordinator at our venue? The servers only did the wine service (we got married at a winery and the wine was from the winery, separate from the caterer, who had their own servers). We had three wine servers. Should I tip the event coordinator, and if so, is it done separately?

I really wish we could update the wikipedia entry on this based on what some bees actually did. There seem to be a lot of questions and regional differences on this one, and nobody really seems to know the answer.
My guess is that you tip the servers 15% of the total wine bill to be split between them. I think we’re going to tip our coordinator seperately — some people say no more than $100, but other people say 15% of the total bill, so — we’ll probably give her $100-$150, then a really nice thank you card and maybe a small gift basket.
