(Closed) How much to tip venue coordinator? HELP!!

I didn’t tip my coordinator. I loved her and thanked her but I didn’t feel the need to thank her since she’s likely in a salaried position. It seemed strange to me to give her a fistfull of cash. I did tip the DJ and make-up artist though.

I would agree that you don’t need to tip someone who is in a salaried job.

Maybe write her a really nice thank you card. I do not think a tip is necessary since she is salary… 

If you really love her work after your wedding, you can recommend her and the venue by word of mouth or even written reviews on here and other sites. In my opinion postive reviews equal a postive reputation which is worth more than money in the business world. 🙂

Um, yea I am def not tipping the venue coordinator. We’re paying the venue more than enough money (especially in tip and gratuity) and she gets paid salary, so we’re already paying her in that sense. This is her job. I don’t get tips from people at my job. If she was a freelance worker, that would be different.

I would send a nice thank you card. But that’s it.
