I haven’t booked mine yet but she is currently $1500 or travel expenses for full planning if you live a far enough distance from Toronto for it to be “destination” for her. I hope her packages stay like that for when I’ll be booking in 2018! Donno how much she is charging for just DOC

$1000 for DOC with unlimited email advice and full set up on the day of. It took me a very long time to find someone that cheap, most were $1.2k and straight up from there

Ahh I’m jealous of you all.  All the DOC’s I’m finding in the Seattle area are 2000-3000.  And if I want full set-up I have to pay extra, about $500.

MrsWe: I’m in the LA area and found that most are upwards of $2000! We found one that was $1500, and were able to negotiate for $1000. Her services don’t kick in until a couple of months before the wedding, but so excited that I’ll have someone besides my family to put out the little fires that are sure to occurr.

$1,800 for the DOC and an assistant that she said she requires for over 100 guests.  She has been amazing and now that we are about 3 months out from the wedding date, I feel like she is my best friend since we talk, text and email almost on a daily basis.  I am so happy my parents got her because I said that I did not need one, but they insisted on her.

MrsWe:  I hired a coordinator for full-services.   She provides month of services for $3000.  She is located in Washington, DC so prices tend to be higher.

I’m in Chicago.  Mine is $800 for full Day-of and she also has been going through all of our contracts too.  We found her on Thumbtack so she was a lot lower proced that most DOCs in this area, but her portfolio is amazing.

I’m in the NJ/NYC metro area. $1550 for Month of (actually starts 2 months before) and an assistant on that day. Includes setup/breakdown and all vendor coordination. Because I own about 3 dozen strings of bistro lights, she is also arranging setup for lights in the tent/barn/around property for $300 more.

Wow….I’m glad I live in a smaller metro area, mine is $585 and that is with a discount.  She is available through unlimited calls and emails, then rehearsal and ceremony.

MrsWe:  I live in LA and also found prices to be around $2,000 and up. I didn’t go through thumbtack though – that would have been smart!

We ended up getting a “freind rate” of $1,800, but to be fair, she really does do more than a normal DOC, so at least I feel like the price tag = good service. We’ve already had meetings with them, and they are helping us out with several vendor negotiations, so it feels more like a full service / mid service coordinator. And we get to scheudle a walk thorugh with the coordinator and all other vendors about 2 months before the wedding so she can make the imeline and I don’t have to worry about it. And she is going to help keep my Future Mother-In-Law in line on the day of – WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Bad News: Our wedding is in Palm Springs (2.5 hour drive form where we live in LA) and that’s considered far enough away that I also have to pay a per dium and a hotel for the night. Ouch! (I won’t make that mistake with any other vendors! All the other ones are PS based, not LA based.)
