    Dress: $1200

Savings: -$250 (they gave me $100 for getting it the same day I came in and I went back to a study they had and they gave me a $150 store credit)

I have $200 credit for a veil plus another $100 gift card.

I don’t think I’ll need much alterations, so hopefully that will be $150 or less.

    Shoes: $50

Haven’t boughten jewelry or a hair pin yet.  But hopefully I won’t spend much more than $100 on them.  $150 if I go over.

    Total: Hopefully around $1250!

@SpecialSundae:  I love your dress. With the full skirt it looks very victorian and then without it looks very New Look 1950s. adore.

@bretonvirgniia:  Those were precisely the looks we were going for (me and my fabulous dressmaker). The bodice was based on a combination of a Vivienne Westwood dress and 17th century fashions; the long skirt was worn over a crinoline from an original 1867 pattern; and the evening skirt was based on a 1950s look.

@annas0726:  Your look was incredible…. but my jaw just dropped to the floor. You paid more for your dress than I did for my wedding!

@SpecialSundae: Definitely! I’ve posted it a number of times and I was afraid people may get sick of seeing it but I’ll happily do so again
