I designed the specifically to work with a standard $0.44 stamp. It also helps that we put almost all the information on our website instead of on a million little inserts.

Mine should work with the tradiational 61cent stamp.  It’s 1.4 ounces right now.  It doesn’t have the stamps on it (of course) or the labels… so it should fit in nicely  under 2 oz.

Mine were (surprisingly) normal postage, even with the insert about hotel information and directions.  I weighed them on our postage meter at work and did a little dance.  I sent myself a test one, too, because I couldn’t believe it.

Ours made it just under the 44 cent requirement.  The only things inside the outer envelope were the invitation, rsvp with envelope, and a directions/information insert.

61 cents, although it was just barely under 2 ounces.

I ordered custom photo stamps for both the main 5.5″ x 5.5″ envelope and RSVP from endicia.com, so I had to be safe and order .88c for the large, and .44c for the RSVPs, for a total of around $180 with printing, tax and shipping for 80 of each.

I wanted to incorporate imagery from our destination. Honestly, the stamps were a huge hit, so I’m really glad we splurged on them.  Money mouth

We did boxed invites and it cost $1.78!  But it was worth it cause everyone loved it!

Mine was a square invite, which cost more to mail, so they were $1.10/invite but I had to just buy the .61c stamp and put two on, so they really cost $1.20 each!

$.83 due to weight and the little bump from the wax seal!

I’m not sure the exact cost yet, but I know they are going to be $0.20 extra for each one since they can’t go through the machine (have bumps from embellishments).

$1.22 due to weight and thickness.  What can I say I LOVE beautiful paper. =)

I’m nervous because I picked out the square pocket style invitation… no clue what that is going to run us!
