mznaterz:  Sorry, just saw this. I went with Diamond Street Photography. Miguel is simply amazing. I can’t say good enough things about him. He starts at $2900, we ended up paying a little less than $3100.

Our photographer was Tarek Khuzam. He is one of the 2 photographers my husband’s community always uses for weddings. They are used to doing weddings with crazy amounts of guests. We liked him better because he is more up to date with the new photography styles, the other guy is way too old school for me.

We paid 6000 dollars but it included…….. All day photography (4 photographers total), videography with 2 floor cameras and a 30 foot crane at the reception, engagement photos with a framed canvas on our favorite picture for the entrance of the hall on wedding day, a framed canvas of our favorite wedding picture, thank you cards, the guest book, 2 beautiful wedding albums with a glass cover, the video and all the photos edited and unedited.

Sounds like a lot, but we needed an oversized photography and video package since we had a guest attendance of 480 people. We haven’t received any of the wedding stuff yet, I only got to see very few pictures….. it’s been 4 months so I’m sure we’ll get the call any minute now. I can’t wait to see the video……….

I’m in southern Ontario and I’m paying 1500 for 12-hour coverage and 2 photographers 🙂 I reached out to my photog right before she raised her rates to $2000.

planningaway:  We eloped in Austin, so we only had her for 2 hours. We paid $500. I think her regular rate is around $3000-$5000 for a full day of wedding photos.

Isabelle663: That is a great price for this area. Any chance you’d share your photog’s info?
