I have a knife edge plain palladium band (2.5mm), and I think it was either $260 or $270.

Between my band and FI’s, the total was $565. 🙂 I got a 1ct moissanite princess cut channel band, and he got a tungsten ring. Perfect rings for us at great prices!

Ours will be 400 all together. We found this awesome shop on Etsy that makes custom music wedding bands. They are silver and have the music notes to your song on the outside and a lyric of your choice on the inside. As I am a singer and my Fiance plays many instruments, this was perfect for us. I feel like I am one of the only Bees getting a silver rings though.

Mine will be free! It’s a family ring dating back to the 1920’s in Ireland. There is some very cool IRA history in my family, so it was very “fancy” and posh at the time – channel set diamond eternity band –  and it’s perfect! I’ve wanted it since i was a little kid.

Mine is a 14k White Gold 2mm plain band, it was free because it is an heirloom but I had to resize it so I voted <$500.  I think it was $100 to resize it.

Mine was $3000 but that’s because I had 2 custom bands made to sit alongside my e-ring; which is very non-traditional. My total set only cost $3700 though.

My wedding band is actually a gift from my mum. It has seven .03ct crt diamonds (one of which has gone into the centre on my fiancé wedding band).

The diamonds came from my mum’s first engagement ring, (my mum and dad divorced after 12 years of marriage, however I’m not superstitious about wearing it).

My step dads first wife passed away about 15 years ago, we all still think of her and to try and make her a part of this wedding, my wedding band has been made into the same design as her wedding band.

I will post a picture later on when it complete, but all up it has cost my mum about $1,200 to get made using the diamonds, etc.

I am continuously amazed by how much money the people on the bee seem to have. Is it just that everyone on here is quite middle class, or that they are mostly Americans and Americans seem to earn more? Or am I just poor?

Nothing wrong with spending money on your wedding rings at all, guys, I mean, it’s your choice. It’s just that my jaw dropped at the idea of spending more than about 150US, tops. I mean, there are so many other things you could spend that money on! Actually, I opened this thread hoping to get tips on buying super cheap rings…. er… so yeah….
