We went to Paris for a week and it cost us about $3500 for airfare, hotel, food, and activities.

We are going on a 6 day carribbean cruise that leaves from Miami, Fl. We are also spending two days/nights in Miami. Airfare, transportation between airport/ship, hotels on the mainland and excursion activities (during the cruise) are coming to $2,150 for the two of us.

We are going to Scottlad, Ireland and Holland. My parents are gifting us airfare with their air miles so with the rental car, hotels, B&Bs etc its going to come to about 5k. We are going for 14 days! Can’t wait!!!

$3200 for our 7 night cruise from Baltimore to the Bahamas and Florida. We stayed in a very large suite so it was a little more expensive but on a cruise everything is included so when you think about it $3000 for unlimited food/ super fancy room/ entertainment for a week isn’t terrible. Granted we spent another $1500 on alcohol, shopping, Disney World, art auctions and parking at the port.

@wbg21:  Disney wasn’t bad actually! Since it was excursion booked through the cruise line it was a little more expensive and we had to pay for the bus rides there and back as part of the tickets but I think it was about $300 for both of us. We also ate there and bought gifts for my son though so all those little costs add up after a while. =) The price for a week of fun was definitely not bad, we had a blast and made a lot of amazing memories so we never regret how much we spent.

Hitting Japan for ours. So far the quote is just shy of 8k. That include flights, accom for 2 weeks and rail pass that’s unlimited on Japan rail. We aren’t going stingy with the accom either, so for two people for that price we are pretty happy.

I cancelled my honeymoon because I sort of freaked about money. We ended up not spending a ton of money (like 30,000) on something I thought we would so now I’m kind of kicking myself for cancelling but that’s okay. I’m happy to save the money. My fiance and I travel quite a bit so it’s not a big deal for a honeymoon.

Instead we’re going to go stay at the Four Seasons downtown for 4 nights 1 month after our wedding (so our 1 month anniversary is in the middle of our stay) We’re gonna get room service, live in the salon/spa, swim, hottub, and eat at all the fancy restaurants downtown. Mini-luxe-staycation! The room is ~1000.00 for 4 nights, for a suite because I got their winter special.

We are sort of having two.

The first one will be following the wedding–2 nights in a seaside cottage. That’ll be about $600, plus 4-5 days in the province where my mother lives (paying for the flight with airmiles, so about $300 in taxes and fees).

The “real” honeymoon will be in November, and Fiance is planning it.  I expect it will be 2 weeks and be about $4-6K. (I think he wants to charter a yacht in the BVIs. Not sure what exactly he has planned)
