If i was given only one choice of beverage to drink for the rest of my life hands down i would pick water! I love drinking water, and i will choose it over pop, juice, tea. Out of my family i drink the most water, and i was currious how much you bee’s drink a day. 🙂

- Wedding: October 2011 - Bed & Breakfast
Water is my go-to drink of choice. I allow myself 1 (20 oz) cup of coffee in the morning, and then it’s wter for the rest of the day. If we cook breakfast on the weekend, I may have a glass of orange juice with it. And if we’re hosting an event, I may have some of the lemonade I make. But I am a water lover. Straight from our well and cold. Yum!

Water is all I drink regularly… So I would guess between 8-9 glasses a day.

Since being pregnant, I drink a whole lot more water than I used to. I drink at least 80 oz/day. I’m not going to lie in that it’s tough. I feel like I’m going to float away some days and the bigger I get, the more I have to pee! Haha…

This was actually my new year’s resolution that I kept! I used to be so bad, but now I drink about 90+ ounces of water everyday, or I else I’ll get really cranky. It’s weird how I don’t crave any sugary/soda drinks anymore since I’ve stuck to water. Also I don’t feel as bloated as I used to.

well my glasses are over half a litre and i TRY to drink 4 of them a day.
i used to be majorly dehydrated and i NEVER felt thirsty. some days i could go a whole day without realising i hadn’t had a drink! how terrible is that!!
so now i force myself to drink 4. i drink 2 between 8am and 12pm and another 2 between 12pm and 5.30pm. i hardly ever drink water at home so i try to make up for it during the working day.
aaaand i’m starting to feel thirsty now (yay) so it’s working and i’m becoming less dehydrated! woo!

I drink a TON of water. But it’s pretty much all I drink. I have a cup of coffee in the morning, maybe a soda (diet) with lunch, and maybe a glass of wine at night. In between, I constantly drink water.

I drink about 5 20 oz. glasses of water a day. So…about 10 regular-sized glasses?
I find that when I’m drinking that much water I have more energy, my skin looks better, and I feel better all around.

Yup 8 – 9 per day. I have a big jug on my desk that I finish most days. Then Fiance and I both drain the cold water jug thingy at home most nights. Don’t touch soda or juice (unless it’s in a cocktail!)

I do at least 8-9 cups a day at work and a few more outside during meals. Water’s my drink of choice and I’m not a fan of coffee/tea/juices. People joke that I drink like a camel!

I am horrible when it comes to drinking water. My vote was 2. I can go an entire 2 hour workout and not drink a thing.
