i drink about 1.5 to 2 liters just at work
and when i’m home ill at least have another liter. so yeah, a lot.
i’m a super super thirsty person! i’m always yelling at my husband for not getting enough fluids.
i’ll have a glass of something else a few times a week. generally this is booze. we ususally don’t have milk or juice or anything else in the house, it’s just easier that way.
and i’ve started drinking plain seltzer with lemon to mix it up a bit, but it seems to wasteful to keep buying seltzer because of the rate at which i consume it.

I love water. I drink about 100oz a day, based on the fact that I refill a 33oz bottle at least three times a day. I don’t like soda, I don’t like juice, I’ll drink unsweetened iced tea with lemon if I’m at a restaurant but I LOVE WATER.
I think it does have an effect on my wellbeing – I have really good skin 🙂

I have a 32 oz. powerade bottle that I try to fill twice a day – so I get my recommended 8 cups.

Not nearly enough. I’m trying to get better though. It’s not because I don’t like it. It just doesn’t fit with my daily routine. I always have juice in the morning with breakfast followed by coffee. Then I have water with my lunch, and wine or ginger ale with my dinner. Then before I go to sleep I have a glass of water. I know this isn’t nearly enough. I suspect I only have 48oz a day.

I don’t drink much water at all, and now I’m being told off in stereo. Used to be just my mom, now DH has joined the club lolol.
I find frequent trips to the bathroom very inconvenient and annoying.

I drink about two of my water bottles at work (2X24= 48 oz). Then I probably drink the 1-2 more bottles between working out and going to bed. So probably around 72-84oz a day. Or about 2.25-2.5 litres.
Also at work, I usually have about 12oz of coffee per day. Sometimes I’ll have some OJ and sometimes I’ll have soda (If I’m going out or eating out somewhere). Also I’ll drink wine at night (1 or 2 glasses)
On the weekends I tend to drink less because I’m not at work, so I need to work on that.
I’m sure it does make a difference…if I didn’t drink water what would I drink all day?! It’s certainly better than the equivalent volume in juice, soda, or alcohol.

I think I drink way TOO MUCH water. I have a 16oz cup at work that I refill at least 8 times a day. Once I get home, I don’t drink as much. Unless I work out, then I have about another 48oz. So I’m probably around 200oz a day. I pee ALOT.

Aside from one cup of coffee in the morning, all I drink is water. No juice, no soda, no iced tea, just water. (Unless it happens to be a night I’m having an alcoholic beverage.) I don’t just drink it with meals, I sip it all throughout the day.
I usually wake up, chug about 8 ozs of water immediately, have my breakfast with coffee, then fill up my 30 oz water bottle to take to work. I generally refill it once at work, so by the time I get home, I’ve consumed 68 ozs of water. Then I probably drink another 24 ozs between dinner and bed. So…somewhere between 90 to 100 ozs of water a day? More if I’m working out, which I usually do 3 to 5 times a week.
I used to hate water when I was younger, probably up through college, I didn’t drink nearly enough of it. Then I forced myself to drink more because I was getting headaches and wanted to cut out the extra calories/sugar of juice and iced tea, and I started CRAVING water. Now I feel awful if I don’t drink enough. It makes me feel sick to be the slightest bit dehydrated. Love water!

Everytime someone tells me how young I look for my age, and asks what’s my secret I point to the bottle of water that’s always with me. Bottled water is my one addiction. I probably drink 6-8+ bottles per day. If I don’t drink enough water I can tell by my skin in the morning, it’s a drastic difference.

I drink 80-100 oz. per day. I never drink soda or juice (except if it’s OJ in a mimosa : ) ). Like other bees the first thing I do when i wake up is chug a 16oz water bottle. It wakes your entire body up! I also attribute water to my skin. if you don’t like the taste try adding some lemon juice and a little no-sugar cranberry juice.
My Fiance (eeek!! still getting used to that word) hates water but likes it cold so we have a pitcher or water always hanging out in the fridge.
Like everything else- just force yourself to do it and eventually you’ll develop a craving for it.

I drink water all day long..I don’t really count the number of glasses or anything..but I think I drink enough daily. I save coffee for the weekends!

Well… Fiance calls me a camel if that means anything! I drink and drink except when I am unable to get to water, then I don’t need any!

Yes. I drink about 4 liters of water a day. It makes a huge difference in my skin and how much food I eat. Your body will adjust so you won’t have to pee so frequently too.

I drink so much water. I drink 1-3 liters in the morning, and 1-3 liters in the afternoon/evening. It’s obscene. Lol!!

I drink at least 60oz of water every day. This is a great improvement over what I used to drink: 2-3 sodas a day.
I’ve noticed that I get a lot fewer UTI’s now that I drink a lot of water instead of sugary drinks. The more sugar you drink, the more likely you are to get a UTI.
