How much water do you drink each day? And, what kind of water bottle do you use?
I aim to drink 3 litres (101.4 oz.) of water each day (which I usually achieve) and I am currently using a 1.25litre (42.2 oz.) Pump bottle as I lost my Camelbak.
I’m thinking about getting a 650 mls (22 oz) Lifefactory glass bottle with the orange silicone sleeve and a straw – has anyone ever used Lifefactory glass bottle? If so, do you like it?

I drink only a packaged bottle or two a day and that’s horrible. I’ve thought about getting one of those glass bottles but the winter water here just tastes like crap.

You should buy a bottle with a built in water filter.
Waterbobble’s are good – http://www.waterbobble.com.au/faq.html – each filter lasts for approx. 300 refils, so it’s pretty cost effective.

that a great idea! I’ve not seen one of those before. I’m adding that to my Amazon list now. Thanks! I would drink way more water if it tasted good.

@tksjewelry: No worries, they’re awesome! I used one all through high school as the tap water in my hometown tastes weird and the filter made it taste like nothing, which is, IMO, how water should taste.

I only drink about a litre a day, sometimes less…

Not nearly enough but I’m working on it.

i drink about 1.5 L a day….if i drink much more i end up going to the bathroom too much which then dehyrdates me and causes me to get cramps in my legs. it’s a delicate balance.

@Mischka: I drink usually at least one 750ml bottle of squash a day, normally two, with then a pint of water at home too of an evening usually.
I just use an old volvic bottle that I bought from a shop and kept refilling! Haha, I’m too tight to buy a proper bottle, and all the plastic bottles I had when I was younger made things taste funky so I’ve been a bit put off!

Not enough — usually between 24 and 32 ounces, but I’m really trying to up that.

Before I was pregnant I pretty much only drank water when working out. I’m never really thirsty and my body seems to process just fine on a lot less liquid than many people. However, since I got pregnant I shoot for 64oz water a day + additional when I work out + additional liquids (the latter two unmeasured). It sucks because I’m still never thirsty and I don’t like the “taste” of water, but I know I need to be drinking more than before I was pregnant.
I have a 16oz glass water bottle that looks a lot like the one in your original picture, but I don’t know the brand. I also have a 32oz Nalgene that I mostly use when working out.

My Fiance jokes that when I leave the house for work it looks like I’m crossing the dessert. I normally drink around 80 oz during the day, I’ve got 3 1 litre bottles I fill up with water and lemon to take with me to work and then have another 2 or 3 glassed at home. We’ve got RO water at home so it tastes lovely!

I use one of these to drink about 100 ounces a day….. the straw makes all the difference!

I try to drink 64 oz per day, but it doesn’t always happen. It is something I am working on – sometimes I put a slice of lemon in it to make it taste a little better. Goal is two of these per day:

@Mischka: I actually love the taste of water and where I’m from the tap water tastes the best! We have a water cooler at work with bottled water in it but I hate the taste so I drink the tap water. I have a bottle like the one below that is 18oz (511ml) I drink about 3 to 4 of them a day at work and then I drink another one when I go to the gym after work. Somedays I pee so much the people at work must thonk I have a disorder lol Water is really my only drink of choice I will have just one tea a day but other then that its water all the way!
