None, it's coffee or soda for me

A little- maybe a glass or two

Tons! I'm attached to my water bottle!

I HATE water. I don’t know what it is. I drink 6 glasses of milk a day, some tea, and NO soda. I will drink like 1 glass of water but that’s it. But I truely need to drink more of it.

I used to be REALLY good about drinking a ton of water, but I’ve haven’t been so good lately. I just don’t drink as much liquid as I should at all – maybe 2-3 glasses of water a day. I never have more than 3-4 cokes a week, though, so that’s something!

I have a water bottle at work that I fill in the morning, and usually I have to fill it up again in the afternoon – let’s see…it’s 33.8 oz. So, I probably drink 1.5 of those per day. Then, I drink at least 2-3 cups of tea a day (commuter mugs, so big cups), so there’s more water there….at home we drink Pelligrino with dinner, and we can easily each drink the larger size bottle of Pelligrino with dinner. At night, I have a 12 oz. water bottle I keep on my nightstand, and I force myself to drink the whole thing before bed (mostly so I don’t have any possibility of a hangover in the morning if I’ve been drinking lol).

So, “tons”? I rarely drink soda at work unless we order in pizza or something – it’s generally either tea, or water.

Well, i’ve already finished a 44oz Big Gulp of water and I had 2 cups at lunch and I just refilled my second Big Gulp for the day and it’s only 12:30. So, I drink a ton of water. I only drink soda every few days. Sprite sometimes in the evening or a diet coke with lunch. But water’s always my go-to.

80-100 ounces on a regular basis

I’m sooooooooooo bad with drinking liquids. I’m pretty sure I’m in a permanent state of dehydration. I usually only have 1-2 cups a day but am trying to up it to 6-8 to help my body feel better and also help me lose the last 10lbs. I don’t drink pop, though and usually have one cup of milk a day as well…

I usually try to drinkg my nalgene 32 ounces during work, and at least a few pint glasses of water after work. One thing I do to drink more is to add a spash of fruit juice to it. It just gives it a tad bit of flavor to not make it so…water tasting! Haha…that might help!

So funny this came up. I just read an article about drinking water vs. other drinks.

When I went to a dietician years ago, she told me that ANY DRINK WITHOUT CAFFEINE counts as water. That caffeine zaps you of hydration. I am a caf. free diet coke NUT, and she told me that it totally counts as water. Well, I just read a medical article that says that all of that has changed. It is no longer believed that caffeine zaps you of hydration. The article states that the only thing that  takes hydration from the body is alcohol!

I drink caf. free diet coke all day, unless I am singing. I do drink reg. water when I am rehearsing or have a performance (mostly so I don’t burp soda in the middle of a song), but I am not good about drinking pure water…and I am hoping the medical article is correct!

Tons… I think water is my favorite drink. Soda just makes me bloated and gives me well you know…. It’s easy to drink water…

At a desk job, it’s easy — I keep a huge bottle on my desk (I think it’s a liter and a half), and keep it in my eyeline.  I actually find that filling it up, and getting up to pee (TMI?) from drinking so much makes me get up from my desk all the time, which is a good incentive for a boring desk job!  Nice to have a reason to get up and walk around the office!  ;D

When I am at work I go to the bubbler probably 3-4 times to fill up my poland springs bottle.  And I chug another bottle every morning and drink more when I run.
