I am 5’7 and only 112. So I would rather tone up than lose a lot of weight. I could lose 5 and be happy though! 🙂 I would  really like to eat better though (even thoguh I dont eat very badly) so that my skin is better and my body is overall more healthy!

Ideally, I want to lose about 75 pounds. Which is a lot and pretty discouraging when I think about it, to be honest. So far, I’ve lost 10 pounds, which is a good start.

However, I’m not doing it for the sole purpose of my wedding. I need to lose this weight because it’s dangerously unhealthy, so why not lose it and look good on my wedding day? Plus, the wedding is really good motivation. All I have to do is think about how everyone will be looking at me and those pictures will be around for forever, so it’s a pretty good incentive to step away from the cupcake. 🙂

I don’t know about weight, Buut I went from a pant size 10 to a 16 with my pregnancy so I’m trying to get atleast to a 12. I’m very happy at 10/12. But I never weighed myself so I don’t know how much weight I even gained.

I’m starting Zumba, Weight watchers, walking and I’ve been toying with the 100 pushups and 200 situps but I have yet to do it.

i want to lose 5lbs. 5lbs was very easy to lose when i was younger.. meaning that it’s been difficult to lose even 2lbs now! i now have 3 more lbs to go but the good thing is, i still have 2 months…………

All I gots to say is the WEDDING DIET>>but not really dieting!! I have been really trying to lose my last 10 lbs and even tried nutrisystem (which I don’t recommend, their lunches are puke) ne who since the last month or so the wedding is kicking in and I have already lost 9 lbs from all the stuff I have to do with the planning!! If you’re like me you’ll lose it without trying…

I’d like between 6-10 kg which is about 13-22 pounds. If I’m honest, 10 is probably a bit much, I’d probably be a bit too skinny. Ideally I’d like 6. I met my fella, went out and drank alot, went overseas and in the last 6 yrs I’ve put on about 15 kg. So a bit over 30 pounds. Gosh it sounds so much worse in pounds! LOL

Anyway, I’ve since lost 5kg just by watching what I eat and some light (somewhat irregular) exercise. At the moment I’m counting calories (thanks to a handy app on my phone!) and planning on upping the exercise. I’ve got a personal trainer and have bought the treadmill in from the shed! It’s just so hard to get motivated to go out and exercise when it’s freezing outside! However, it’s getting down to crunch time so my motivation is pretty good at the moment!

The wedding actually isn’t the deadline (there isn’t one really) for me. A friend of mine took a picture of me at the beginning of summer and I was shocked at how much I didn’t look like me. I would love lose the stress weight I put on over the past few years. The supposed “healthy weight” for my height is supposed to be 95lbs- that’s never going to happen with my frame. However, weighing 120-125 would be great. I’ve gone from 144 in the middle of May to 134-132 now, which I think is a nice rate. I’ve been eating healthier, trying to stay active.

I’m hoping to lose 20lbs. But I’m also hoping to become firmer and more toned.

I’m working with a nutritionist and a personal trainer. yes its sort of expensive but worth it to look my best.

I want to lose 10 lbs in about two months.  My dress is too tight.  I lost about 10 lbs before we were engaged, but I’ve hit a plateau.  I’ve been walking on a regular basis.  Also, I go to weight watchers.  I recently bought slim shots and tonalin cla.  I am about a size 10.  I want to get to size 6.

I’ve gained about 20 lbs this year so I want to lose that plus an additional 10. I have about a year so hopefully I can pull this off.

I have gained about 15-18 lbs since I met my FH 5.5 years ago. I have been trying to get back down to that weight for a couple of years. I am hoping the impending wedding is the motivation I need! I eat well and have always exercised, but weekend splurges and my wine habit have stood in my way! I am a comfortable size 8-10, but really want to be back at my 4-6 college self!

My wedding is in under 8 months, but I am thinking that I would like the weight off by Christmas, so I have January to re-tone for my first fitting in February! Ordered a size 8 dress, but its corset, so if I lose the weight I should be okay with a few small alterations:)

If I lose 2lbs a week, I can be back at fighting weight before Christmas!

I’m hoping for 30lb. I’ve lost about 5 so far (just started getting intense about shaping up at the beginning of October). I really need to lose about 50, but I think 30 is realistic (I hope!).
