I actually need to gain muscle mass / toning.  However Fiance needs to loose 20-40.  We’ve both been calorie tracking with our iPhones and doing a little more exercise.  Once it gets warmer we’ll be good.

I’m 5’8″ and when I started working out I was 156 – easily the most I’ve ever weighed, thanks to quitting smoking and working at my first ever desk job. I’ve been hitting the gym 4-6 days a week since December and calorie tracking since then. I’m not on a *diet* per se, but I’m watching what I eat and trying to be more conscious. I’ve lost 13 lbs. so far and have another 10 to go. Unfortunately I twisted my knee snowboarding on Monday and haven’t been able to work out since. Had an Xray and an MRI yesterday – hopefully it’ll be ok and I get get back in next week and make up for lost time! Good luck hitting your goal @Sulli!

Well i am very behind on my weight loss goals. According to my goals i should be 15lbs lighter in a month…eeekk

Traveling for work has really put me behind. It is tough to get fresh and healthy foods when you are on the road.

where can you purchase cytolean 2, besides online? cvs?

I”m hoping to drop 8 lbs by mid-June (then just maintaining till the wedding so I don’t have dress fitting issues).  I just had (minor) surgery on Thursday, so unfortunately I’ll be unable to do most cardio for at least a month (can prolly start the stationary bike in a week or so).  I’m planning to REALLY watch my diet for the month of March then crack down on exercising come April (fingers crossed for quick recovery!).  I’ve always worked out regularly, so I’m hoping my metabolism stays strong while I take this mandatory fitness break, and I don’t pack on the pounds.  I think 8 lbs in 10 weeks (starting April 1st) is totally reasonable.

40 by early July… doubt it’s going to happen, but I tend to drop weight rather quickly so we’ll see!

I want to lose 10 lbs or so to look my best for the wedding.  I started tracking my food again today on “the daily plate” which is free and I highly recommend (it’s part of livestrong.com).  I’m trying to lose the weight by late spring/early summer in time for our e-pics and when my dress comes in,  and I’ll try to maintain until the wedding.

I’d love to lose 20lbs. by September. i know that sounds doable but I have a terrible time losing weight. I lost 7lbs. and gained them back over the holidays so now I’m starting from scratch again.

My initial goal was to lose 15 lbs, but I’ve lost 10 already and since the wedding is still 4 1/2 months away, I’m changing my goal to 20.  I only started working out in January, and I was surprised how quickly I started losing.  However lately I’ve been a little slack with my eating habits and I’ve been stuck at 10lbs for about 2 1/2 weeks.  I need to get back on track :-/
