That’s a difficult question to ask such a broad audience. We have bees who got $10 clearance shoes and bees who went all out with Louboutins. It depends on your taste and budget.

$100. But a friend (who has more expensive shoe tastes) told me she’d buy mine for me. I don’t know how much she’s willing to spend but just because it’s a gift doesn’t mean I’m going all out. Maybe I’d bump it to $150. I know she spent a whole lot on her shoes.

I’m really not a shoe person. I have never spent over $50 on shoes and won’t be spending more than that for my wedding shoes.

I’ll go as high as $100 but I would prefer to find a pair for cheaper. I’m looking for something very specific though (burnt orange heels) so I have a feeling they will be on the pricey side.

Mine were $20 at Sears. I would not have gone over maybe $30 or $40.

You need to check http://www.shopstyle.com — you can search lots of places for just about anything & in whatever price range and style you want! It saves so much time, I’m totally in love.

I don’t think I would go any higher than $30. I’d go as high as $60 or $70 if I would wear them fairly regularly though.  I have a different philosophy on wedding shoes though… I don’t think anyone really notices them so I don’t care 🙂

I’m a purses and shoes fanatic. The one I’ve been eyeing is the red Valentino shoes at $695. It looks like they always come out different version of that shoes, so I’m waiting until the last minute to buy from the latest collection. My only concern is that it might be too high to be in them all days. I would wear them after the wedding, so it won’t be a waste.

Here are the shoes: http://store.valentino.com/VALENTINO_GARAVANI/detail/tskay/B60ACEA7/cod10/44248079XJ

I bought a sparkly pair of peep-to Louboutins that can be worn to future formal events. Spend what is fiscally comfortable.

I would have gone up to $250 but I already own shoes that expensive so it was comfortable to me. I ended up spending $100. Check out 6pm.com

I was willing to go up to $250, but wanted to spend less.  I found ones I loved for $75.

I had a budget of $100 max. Found  a pair I loved that retails for $98 but I found on 6pm.com for under $50! Score!

6pm.com is a great resource, brand names on clearance. heels.com is exactly like zappos or shoes but WAY cheaper.
