I just started looking for invites online and they are expensive! I’m only having 80 people and will probably need only 50 but they are still a couple hundred with all the little cards and thats not even counting the higher postage.
Did anyone order them online from sites like vistaprint, wedding paper divas, wedding bee, or similar? and how much did it run you?

We ordered about 90 from Wedding Paper Divas, and it cost approximately $150 after some discounts. That was ONLY for the invitations & envelopes – we only had 1 thing in each envelope (online RSVP).

I was just discussing on another post that my splurge was the invites. I spent a ton but mine were way over the top. I got them through glitzy events on etsy. They also had some more reasonable options.

Mine was about $75 for 200, I made them myself, a bit of a challenge, but very worth it in my opinion. I love how personal they are.

$19.99 plus tax for 50 from Walmart. They include the invitation & response card plus envelopes for each. They have a bunch of different styles too.

I sent out 88 invitations for $1 apiece plus postage. I did one of the kits from Michaels, bought the first 3 boxes with a coupon at 50% off and then needed a 4th which was 40% off. It was definitely a challenge but totally worth it. I had pocketfolds and everything exactly the way I wanted it.

I spent $607 on 75 invites. They were pocketfolds with multiple inserts so it added up quickly. I got a million compliments on them though so I was happy in the end.

We’re going to order from 123print, I think we’re going to spend about $150-$200 (before coupon code) for 150 invites and rsvp cards. I originally wanted to print our own, but I think for the number we need this would be cheaper than buying ink, etc.

Local print shops are a great resource! shop around you will be suprosed how many of them like doing this sort of thing!

I told my mom she could do the whole invitation thing. Especially since a lot of her friends will be receiving them, and my friends don’t care about invitations. If they do… well I don’t. Haha. Anyway, our budget was no more than $600 with postage. She spent $410 on invitations alone. So I’m assume altogether things will cost $575? Good job mom 🙂

Mine were wedding paper divas – for 80 with RSVPs, printed RSVP envelopes, printed return address on invitation envelopes it was $273.92. They were square, but less than 1 ounce, so stamps for the invites were 64 cents and RSVP were 44 cents. $3.42 each plus postage.

I am DIYing about 50 invites. They are a bit on the expensive side because we are getting 2 colors of foil printing on the cover, and letterpress on the inside.. and they are hardcover folios placed in boxes. We are spending about 1000 total.. but that being compared to the 4000 that we were quoted.. I am extremely happy
