I’m getting married at a venue that is BYOB. How much wine would you purchase for 100 guests? We are having a 1 hr cocktail hour before the dinner. Wine will be poured at dinner, not having bottles on the tables. Then the bar will be open for another 2 hours after dinner for dancing. We are also having 4 signature cocktails, lots of beer (FI is a beer fanatic), and typical liquor at the bar. I would like to have two reds and two whites, something like a pino and chard for white and red zin and cab sauv for red. The pino and cab sauv will be poured at dinner. Thoughts?
