I am beginning to make bouquets to sell. I have made six sets so far for friends and family members as gifts. These are my first ones I made as a product. If you were a bride on a budget, how much would you pay for this set of one bride, two bridesmaids and a junior bridesmaid’s bouquets? They are wrapped in lace btw, with the flash it is hard to tell.

How much did it cost to make? That would help us come up with a price for you 🙂

Personally, probably about $12 for the bride’s, maybe at the most if it was something I really liked, $20. Then $8 and below for the others. I made all of my bridesmaid bouquets, groomsmen boutonnieres, and my bouquet all for about $70, so factoring each it would be around that price. I would sell them for close to what it took to make them, since they can easily be made to begin with. I think they are beustiful by the way (: I hope that helps? I know everyone has different budgets, and see prices differently, so it’s ulitmately up to you 🙂

@missapis: Sorry! that would be helpful huh? It took me two hours to make them and the supplies were $60.

I’d probably pay $30 for the bride’s. $15 or so each for the bridesmaid’s.. $10 for the junior bridesmaids. They’re lovely btw.

With the option to customize colors and NOT having to do the work myself, I would pay what mrscheetos suggested, but probably no more than that. You would still make a profit, but like PP mentioned, since these are easily DIY-able, you wouldn’t want to charge too much.
They are very pretty BTW!

If I paid $20 I’d think I was getting a really good deal, but here in the bay area I would expect them to be closer to $30. So $20 would be like a sale price. I couldn’t tell if the bm ones were smaller or had less flowers but if you charged $20 each times 4 you’d end up making a $20 profit so $10 an hour. Did you factor in the time it took for you to purchase and find the products?
