have to go pee? In the last week I’ve had to pee NON-stop! It’s driving me crazy. I have to get up at least two times every night, so I can go. I go before bed, when I wake up in the morning. I have a 45 min commute to work, I go before leaving and then I have to go as soon as I get to work. I probably go once every hour. I’m starting to get concerned. I made an appt. with my doc but she cancelled because she got called for jury duty. So, I have to reschedule. I’m just curious has anyone else been through this?
I don’t think I have a uti. I’ve had them in the past and they were nothing like this. Every time I need to go, I really do go. It’s not like a little here and a little there kwim? No pain or burning. I also, have NOT increased my water/liquid intake.

Could you possibly be pregnant? Anyone in your family have diabetes?

Right now I pee constantly… but I’m 37 weeks pregnant. Before pregnancy, not so much!
Definitely get checked out for UTI, spilling glucose and pregnancy.

Pregnancy is not a possibility. I *just* finished my period. I thought the frequent urination might be b/c of my period, but it started before and has continued after! No one in my family has diabetes. 🙁

I have to go alot as well. Get straight cranberry juice- concentrate with no apple/ or sugar or other juices mixed in. It will help. It tastes awful. Here is what I know- if I drink coffee- yikes! Especially if it has sugar. Or tea. I drink a lot of water always, so keep things healthy. But, the cran should really help.

I have to pee all the time, but I come from a family of frequent pee’ers. Haha. I’ve been tested for diabetes, all sorts of stuff, but it just turns out that we just pee a lot. Who knows.
So I would say, just go with the flow (Hah!(, but the sudden change in your pee schedule seems like something worthy of speaking with a doctor about.

I said 10+ but I think it’s probably around 10: once in the morning, when I get to work, usually 3-4 times more during the day, when I leave work, when I get home, a couple of times during the evening, once before bed, and once during the middle of the night.
In my case, it’s because I drink 1-2 gallons of water a day, plus coffee, plus sometimes alcohol. It is odd that it’s happening when your liquid intake has held steady. Have you been sweating less than usual? Eating less salt? Drinking more coffee or other diuretics? Seeing your doctor is probably a good idea, though.

I pee frequently. I always get up at least once during the night to go pee. I drink a lot of water and liquid throughout the day. I just get so thirsty! Also, I think I have a small bladder (TMI?), so that contributes to it. 🙂

Medically if you are suffieciently hydrated you can go up to once every 1/2 hour. It’s not something you shouldn’t see as wrong unless you URGENTLY have to go (like the commercials) I agree with checking for a UTI. If your peeing is a lot of effort for a tiny little dribble, UTI it is…

I feel like I pee all the time and my family actually makes fun of me for it! haha. But I’ve kind of always been this way. I usually go close to 10 times/day probably. And I almost always get up once at night to go (although I think that is because I usually drink a big glass of water before bed bc I’m always trying to get in those 8 glasses and I put it off!).
I definitely do notice that what I drink affects it though. Mornings when I drink 1 cup of coffee, I will pee like 3 times within the next 2 hours. Also, the absolute WORST for me is artificially sweetened drinks (I’m looking at you, crystal light and diet coke). For some reason if I drink those I have to pee like every 20 minutes for 2 hours, it is terrible. It didn’t used to be that way either bc I used to drink them all the time, but I developed a lot of allergies in law school (mango and fabric softener, weird), so I assume I maybe just have an intolerance/allergy to it?

I go every hour, hour and a half, BUT i also drink 10+ servings of liquids a day. I’ve already had tea and coffee and i’m halfway through my 44oz jug of water and it’s not even 9am here. But if you haven’t increased your liquid intake, it’s a good thing you made an appt for the doctor.

Monthly visits from Mother Nature will increase your urination frequency or if you’re pregnant, but you said you weren’t so I would definitely have it checked out by the doc and make sure everything is a-okay.

I try and drink fluids constantly so I have to pee quite a bit.

I wake up to pee once in the middle of the night and have dibs on the bathroom first thing when we get up in the morning since I have to pee SO bad as soon as I move. I don’t drink a lot of liquids though I do eat a lot of veggies which tend to contain more water. I go once every 60-90 min. On days when I do a make a point to drink more water, I go every 30-45 min. It’s super annoying. I’m like a little kid, Fiance has to ask to make sure I’ve pottied before we leave the house=(

I drink 1-2 gallons of water a day, plus a cup of coffee and maybe a glass of tea at night. This means I pee a lot! Every 1/2 hour sounds about right.
