I have been having some issues with my soon to be engagement ring. I am not used to wearing rings so I’m not sure what it’s supposed to feel like.
My ring does not slip off on its own. I can take it off very easily when my finger is in the right position and i push up from the bottom and slide it off.
Do any of you notice you adjusting your ring because its not centered on your finger? Or find that it easily slides up and down between the base and your knuckle?
Am I just being crazy! LOL.

Mine spins a bit and is easy to take off but wouldn’t slide off on its own. I do think I might have it resized just a half size down, but can’t bear to be parted with it for 2 weeks!

My ring doesn’t slide up and down my finger unless I move it on purpose. It does spin occasionally, but not enough for me to have to adjust it. I do adjust it before and after I put on gloves (for work, under gloves it goes sideways and then I recenter it when I take them off). Oh and when I take hand shots for the bee.

Mine doesn’t really spin it did when it was 1/2 size too big though.

Mine slides to the side a bit when the weather is cold, but other then that, not really!

mine spins around a lot and it bugs me. in my engagement pics my ring isn’t centered on my finger in some of the shots and it kinda bugs me. i wish my photographer and/or i had been more mindful of that.

my ring is very top heavy so i had it sized small so that it wouldn’t turn. it’s perfect. i never need to adjust it.
if your ring is turning, size it down a bit. you’ll never have to deal with it twisting again.

I adjust mine all the time…it’s a habit really. But I know for a fact it needs to be sized down, it is just too big lol. So I guess I’m not really helpful here!

I now wear three rings on that finger (my WB, e-ring, and a thin anniversary band), and I am CONSTANTLY having to straighten them. I adjust them almost every time I look at them.

mine spins and slides up and down between my knuckle and base of my finger, but my knuckle size wont allow the ring to be dropped down anymore sizes. i have actually gotten into the habit of just using my pinky to put the stone back where its supposed to be. after wearing it for over a year, i hardly notice when i do that. lol. hopefully you will get used to it like i did. and i really wish my phone would allow me to capitalize and use more than just a period for punctuation lol, sorry the typing is so weird.

Mine move when it is cold and they spin a bit but not that bad…used to it now

Mine did when it was two sizes too big not really sure how it stayed on my finger those three days. It now moves only if I move it and its probably a quater size too big. I would suggest sizing or getting sizing beads.

@Mrs Christopher: I actually had size beads installed; this will be my 3rd trip to the jeweler. I had them installed, went back and had them enlarge them. They didn’t make them large enough so I now have decided to take it back :(.
I have discovered that this jeweler is not very helpful so I need to keep taking it in. I really hope this is the last time. I just need to be sure it’s perfect so I don’t need to take it back once i “officially” have it.
I would rather have the size beads be enlarged than have it actually sized down. Makes me sad 🙁

I’m getting size beads when the weather cools because I always struggle with spinning…I just don’t want to spend the money until I have to, but all rings are top heavy, its normal.

If you have sizing beads, your ring shouldn’t spin. I was considering sizing beads because my e-ring shifts and spins around a lot. I was also considering sizing it down a bit but glad I didn’t as it fits perfectly in hot weather like now and I heard the fit gets tighter when paired with your wedding band.
