Every two weeks, I remind myself with the calender on the 1st and 15th of the month. I do the comforter less often, more like every 3 weeks. Lately it’s been more since first I was sick (I gotta wash the sheets after either of us are ill), then the dog had an accident 🙁

We aim for every week, but sometimes it stretches a few days longer. We have a big dog that likes to get right in the bed sometimes – little particles of who knows what in the sheets = no bueno!

As for sheets, once every 3-4 weeks. Seriously, where do you people find the time??? BUT I have to say, I’m a bit obsessed with changing pillowcases. I have a million of them and I change mine maybe twice a week. It’s just that I hate feeling like the thing that goes against my face is dirty… but as for sheets, well, we shower before bed lol.

We have like 10 different sets, and so I change the sheets every week. When they get washed is up to FH since he does the laundry, but he usually washes 2 sets at a time so they get washed every couple of weeks.

I have allergies so I try to be consistent about doing it every single week. The duvet cover we do every 2 weeks.

Once a week – normally every sunday. I love fresh sheets, anything longer feels gross to me.

@Ms.GoodEarth: Same! I was like “Uhh… like every 1 or 2 months and maybe the comforter as well on the time after that?” I’m not a really dirty or sweaty person, either. I have only one set of sheets. I might do them this weekend…

@blushpinkbride: haha, true.
Although I guess if you don’t have laundry en suite and need to go to the laundromat, it would take a lot more effort. It takes like 5 mins to change sheets before bed. My Fiance and I tag team it in just a few minutes.

It takes like 3-4 minutes to snatch them off and maybe 4 min TOPS to put a fresh set on. I think it takes me even less because I don’t change the blankets/comforter etc… I just flap those down on the floor, change the sheets then flap them back up. Then to the washer they go – Power/Normal/Start and off to bed. I throw them in the dryer in the morning and there they will sit most likely until the following day when I grab them and put them on. I’d like to say I fold them in the interim and have them nicely stacked in a linen closet but nah. People spend more time on their hair/makeup/nails/coffee than 10 minutes.

About once a week, sometimes more. Blanket once every couple months, and duvet cover once or twice a year. I hate that thing!
People who wait a long time between changes – what about sex?? That messes up the sheets in a hurry!

Once a week usually. Occasionally I miss a week, and don’t feel bad about it. We usually shower at night, so we’re pretty clean 😉
