imjessjess :  I keep a soft toothbrush beside the bathroom sink – I usually give my rings a little scrub with the brush once a day to keep them sparkling.

I’m all about a squeaky clean sparkly so I clean it everyday on my own (just drop it in the ultrasonic while I get ready, sometimes running it and sometimes just letting it sit and soak). I drop it off 3-4x a year for a store cleaning when I happen to be at the shopping center anyway.

I got the diamond dazzle stick (recommended by the Hive) and clean it once every other week. It should be more but I take it off for lotions.

I drop mine in the solution while I’m getting ready and let it soak about 45 minutes or so. On my way out I brush it with a toothbrush (doesn’t need to be a soft one either, Diamonds are harder than anything), and rinse it with my leftover water from my coffee or tea. Max sparkle every morning.

I normally clean mine every other week.  Since I take them off as doon as I get home, it takes a while for them to get dirty.

I have been on vacation staying at the IL’s for the last 3 weeks, and since I’m not taking them off at all, I’ve had to clean them 3 times already.

I clean mine once or twice a week at home (I have a sapphire so it needs cleaning more often). I use warm water/dish soap and my Magnasonic cleaner. The only time I got it professionally cleaned was right before the wedding – I got the white gold rhodium re-plated and the ring cleaned as well.

Wow. I didn’t realise this was actually a thing! I wash mine when I wash my hands and occasionally run over it with my nail brush.

Had my engagement ring 2 years now and never got it professionally cleaned. Don’t know any friends who do either.

imjessjess :  I’ve been engaged since October so I haven’t taken it to be cleaned yet, but I clean it every Sunday at home with the warm soapy water and gentle toothbrush method. Looks brand new every time!
