- Wedding: July 2015 - City Hall!
Had a conversation last night and some friends were shocked to find out I do all the cooking, and eat out maybe 1 time per week. My Fiance cooks breakfast maybe 2 times per year.
So it got me wondering about others.
ETA: stupid poll crapped out on me.

I cook dinners consistently for Fiance and I Sunday – Thursday. We both eat breakfast at home and pack lunches for work most weekdays. On the weekends I don’t feel much like cooking so we probably eat out 3 meals betweeen Friday-Sunday each weekend.

Fiance cooks and I clean mostly. Sometimes we cook together, but he loves to cook and I only do it out of necessity. We have homecooked dinner every day and we make lunch at home to take to work. We go out to eat or have take-out probably once a month.

Im a stay at home mum – OH can’t cook at all so I do all of it, he’s only cooked once in 5 years! I enjoy it though 🙂

I cook dinner every night and breakfast every morning. Fiance and I take leftovers for lunch daily.
He feels better when he eats at home and i have horrible IBS/food allergies so I have to cook.

I make his lunch 4-5 times a week, salad, chopped fruit, pudding, pretzel chips and gateraid. I make his breakfest 2-4 times a week. I make dinner 2-3 times a week.

I usually fix a big meal every Sunday. And typically fix dinner every night other than Friday’s when we eat out.

Every night for dinner! We eat out maybe once a week… more lately, once every other week. My lunches are always leftovers from dinner, and my breakfast I put together the night before and bring with me to work. One the weekends, it’s usually making something for breakfast, leftovers/snacking for lunch, and making dinner.

I make his breakfast / lunches for the week on Sunday ( a protein shake for breakfast, chicken and brocolli for lunch). I make dinner every night we eat at home but it’s usually a nice salad with chicken or if I make something more time consuming like chilli or stuffed peppers I make enough to last 2-3 nights

I cook dinner about 4 times a week on average, we eat left overs the other days and either get carry out or dine out about once a week. I will take left overs for work lunch, husband likes to go out to lunch. We don’t like hot breakfasts & I make smoothies on week days.

I make my husband’s lunch every day (not cooking exactly), but I cook dinner 4 days a week usually. We’re out and about on the weekends, so we usually grab a bite to eat while we’re out.

DH cooks dinner everyday for us. I make breakfast for us every weekend. The only time we order out is if we get home late. Im a terrible cook — I can bake wonderfully, and make breakfast. I know a handful of things to make for dinner but they get repetitive. I focus too much on measurements (which is why baking is my specialty lol)

Fiance does all the cooking.

I cook for my husband nearly every night unless I/we are feeling lazy. We’re rarely up in time for breakfast.

I cook most nights. We used to go out more, but we’ve committed to eating at home to save money. We just got a bunch of stuff from Omaha Steaks (steak, chicken, fish, etc.) so we’ve been eating a lot of that, just cook that and some veggies and that’s it. We go out to dinner maybe once a week now and occasionally buy something for lunch at work if there wasn’t anything to pack. Lunches are mainly several snacks to eat throughout the day, some nuts, carrots and hummus, fruit, tuna, etc. Breakfast is hit or miss, sometimes I’ll cook something (I usually do on the weekends and a couple times during the week) sometimes we’ll just grab a piece of fruit or a protein ball (I make balls with oats and nuts and other stuff).
