We eat fast food at least 2-3x a week, mostly on the weekends.
Dessert… I have one or two squares of dark chocolate almost every single night but outside of that I can’t remember the last time I had something different for dessert.

Fast food – probably 1x a month? I’m including in that breakfast sandwiches from Dunkin’s/Starbucks which I’ll grab if I have an early barn/horse-riding morning. Otherwise it’s only if I’m on the road and there’s really no other feasible option.
Dessert – maybe once every week or two? If we have dessert it’s either because we’re hosting/being hosted for dinner/special occasion dinners or in the summer we’ll do an evening walk to get ice cream after dinner with the dog.
I’m pregnant at the moment and find that I’m way more interested in both fast food and dessert then I ever was before so the numbers above are probably an all-time high for me.

I literally never eat fast food. I can’t remember the last time I was in a McD’s or Wendy’s or similar, but it’s definitely been over 20 years. I just like to cook I guess, but on the very rare occasion there’s nothing in the house, I’d settle for a peanut butter sandwich or a bowl of cereal before I’d stop at a fast food place.
Dessert?? Oh, entirely different story! Sign me up! That said, as much as I love to cook, I never bake since I know I can’t be trusted, but there is always chocolate in the house in some form or other, and my husband is an ice cream fanatic so we do stop at the local ice cream place probably once per week, even well after the temps say it’s time to stop!

I never eat fast food. When I was a student I worked in McDonalds, and it totally put me off. I think I’ve eaten there maybe three times since I left, over 15 years ago.
I eat dessert every day, but we normally have something reasonably low calorie. Something like meringue with fruit and yoghurt. I have a serious sweet tooth, and I find if I try to avoid sugar, I just end up bingeing.

I don’t really eat fast food. If I do, it is a Jimmy Johns sandwich. But never Wendy’s or Burger King or anything like that.
Ok, except In n Out maybe 3 or 4 times a year. Heck yes.
Desert is every day. But not after dinner, unless I make some Golden Milk. But I’ll have a cookie or a brownie in the afternoon at work as a pick me up for sure!!
I’m never gonna be a super diligent healthy eater, I just like food too much to stress out. So I will also always be slightly chubby, but I’d pick chubby and happy any day.

I rarely eat fast food. On the rare occasion that I do, I hit up Subway or Wendy’s for their Chili. It might add up to like, 5 times a year?
I don’t have a big sweet tooth so I don’t eat desserts on the regular. I typically crave chips when I want something ‘unhealty’ and I’ll grab myself a small bag every once and a while. Love me some chips.

I love food. It’s one of my favorite hobbies 🙂
Usually my husband and I will eat healthy on the weekdays and eat mainly lean protein and vegetables. But I’m 15 weeks pregnant and I still haven’t gotten my energy back. So instead of just eating out once or twice on the weekend (one sit down breakfast meal and one fast food dinner meal) we are eating a lot of frozen meals at home and fast food 2-3 times a week. My nausea has just started going away so this week I can start eating/cooking healthy again 🙂
I love dessert and always eat it. Even if it’s just some berries and whipped cream. Sometimes I’ll eat a few fun sized candy bars.
My thought is that I’ve never drank alcohol, I don’t smoke anything, so I’m entitled to once vice lol.

Fast food is – never. I have never in my life eaten at burger king or taco bell. McDonalds fries are tasty but it’s still been probably 20 years since I had them. I just don’t eat food like that. I want to know where my food came from, so I like to cook.
Dessert maybe once a week.
Now, if you asked about salty chips, that would be a different story, I love quinoa chips, popcorners, late july corn chips… Im a salt person.
I wouldnt say my diet is so great or clean, far from it, you just picked 2 things I dont indulge in

Fast food from a chain is probably once or twice a month at most, if that. If you include takeout from local restaurants though it’s about once a week.
Dessert is a few times a week. It’s not always elaborate or large but a few bites of ice cream is pretty common. Although right now I’m pregnant and I LOVE this particular sundae from a local ice cream shop that is closing next month so we’ve been eating those like……. twice a week. I gotta get ’em while I still can!!!

Daily. I’m a fast food junkie. I usually stop to get McDonald’s breakfast 2-3 times per week. And eat fast food on my way home once a week. My husband and I eat out at least once a week but with a 15mo who eats what we do, it’s now pricer. I’ve gained some weight over the last year and I know it’s because of my eating habits but I’ve yet to care enough to do anything about it.

Okay well now I just feel weird because I eat fast food pretty much everyday.
Whataburger was there for me when no one else was and Taco Bell’s Grande Nacho Box is like a family member.
