    I rarely eat junk food and typically turn to fruits/veggies as snacks. If I have a craving for something sweeter than fruit, I usually eat dried cereal. I just don’t have a big sweet tooth though so I might be a freak!

    I know exactly how you feel. I’ll have at least a little something everyday. I also work out 5 times a week and generally eat healthy meals so I think its okay as long as I keep an eye on moderation!

    Diet Energy drinks are my “goodie”, I feel guilty having one everyday, and that guilt takes the space that junkfood would take, haha.

    Everyday, unless I’m trying to lose weight. I have actually eaten entire bags of chips in one day (not all in one sitting though) but that’s more of a once-a-month-or-more occurance than a regular one.

    Good question.  I think as long as you are having 1 serving, even once a day, you can still consider yourself to be a healthy eater.  It all depends on your standards.  I have friends who preach their healthy eating but then will eat high sugar granola bars with artificial sweeteners and diet soda.  For me, anything in moderation won’t kill you so if I have 1 serving of chips, 1 cookie, and 1/2 a cup of frozen yogurt I don’t feel bad.  That is normally the amount of “junk food” I eat in a week plus on average we go out to eat once a week.  The only “junk food” I stay away from is soda.  With eating healthily the rest of the week, drinking water, exercising, and getting enough sleep I feel pretty good about myself.  I too am working on the last 10 pounds!

    I try to be good, but I usually end up eating something “junky” almost every day.  My junky foods have gotten significantly better though. Like tea biscuits, thinaddictives, or biscotti instead of cookies.

    I have, however, eaten an entire sleeve (ahem box) of cookies before, a half gallon of ice cream, a bag of donettes in one day before… I’m not proud, but…it’s true.

    I’ve been working hard on my sugar addiction/emotional eating issues.  It’s hard to break 30 years of habits.

    Every day.  But I don’t have a sweet tooth… my weakness is cheese and crackers. Like, obscene amounts of cheese.

    I couldn’t do the poll because my habits have recently changed. I used to eat sweets daily just out of habit, but I started making an effort to break the habit so I eat sweets probably once every two or three weeks.

    Every day. I have a major sweet tooth. Oh well! I balance it with plenty of healthy options.

    Once a week. I usually use it as a reward (I know rewards should never be food related!), but I will have some popcorn or some chocolate on a Friday or Saturday. I try my hardest not to overdo and it a garbage bag full of popcorn. It kind of prepares me for the hard week ahead of watching what I eat.

    I hardly ever eat junk food… I just don’t like the taste of most of it and tend to be pretty picky about the things I do like.  But I make up for my healthy taste by eating TONS of the foods I do like.  😛

    @reginaphalange: I could eat cheese and crackers all the time.  Different cheeses/different crackers…I could make 100 different combos! Slight t/j I love your name! I serously lol.  I love Friends.

    We USUALLY eat pretty healthy. One thing that me and Fiance do every week is “Junk-food Friday”. Fridays are our free pass and we will get something really junky and yummy! I love it!
