I clean any ring I’m going to be wearing for the day first thing! I can’t stand the thought of sparkle loss. 🙂
I use Dawn, with a small brush. Once in a while, I steam some vinegar (oh, yellow gold wearer here, not sure about if you should do this with white gold? or plat?), and stick my ring on the prongs of a fork, hold it over the steaming vinegar. The vinegar goes down the tub drain (helps clean that too). I see a big difference using the vinegar.
And, I admit, I use my blow dryer to dry them as we have super hard water. So to sum up, every time I wear one.

Mine gets cleaned and re-plated once a year at the jeweller for free as part of the warranty. I just got it back this week from it’s first annual clean and it looks so amazing! Other than that… I should really get a cleaning kit lol. It comes out nice and shiny after I was the dishes 😛

My ring is from Brian Gavin which means I have to ship it to the jeweler. I don’t trust local jewelers so I just clean it myself for the time being

How interesting to see different cleaning habits. I bought the Diamond Dazzle stick that was so highly recommended and used it today for the first time! Woah! What an awesome product. I also used it on a sterling silver ring and got amazing results too. Thanks to all the Bees that helped!

- Wedding: March 2016 - Surfer\'s Beach, Grand Cayman
Mine was purchased online so I don’t have a physical location I can bring it to just for cleaning without feeling obliged to buy something, but I clean it at home with a toothbrush/diamond dazzle stick, I had it cleaned once when I had it re-dipped at a jeweler, it looked so good. I want to get an ultrasonic cleaner for home.

We got engaged in July and I clean my ring once a week myself. About once a month I go to the jewellers and get it cleaned professionally.

stephyhansen : I take mine to be professionally cleaned every 6 months, with my warranty check. Once a once a week, I use this solution called Touch of Purple that cleans all my jewelry like it was brand new from the store. I bought the solution at our state fair and I swear by it.

I usually clean them myself whenever I get the chance.

I get mine professionally cleaned about every 6 months to maintain the warranty. Other than that, I clean my set occasionally at home, like every 2-3 months? It gets very clean when I wear it in the shower, but I have been tempted to get a diamond dazzle stick.

stephyhansen : If the jeweler we bought it at was closer, it would be more often. But I have only had it professionally cleaned once in 1.5 year engagement. I’m cleaining it myself before the wedding and hope to do it monthly after that. Or the minimum for the warranty.
