(Closed) How often do you go to the gym?

I average 4 and it should be more because the gym is

a) 5 min from my house

b) across the street from work

c) my office mate goes to the same gym and is forever encouraging it

4 days a week; every day I’m at work. We have a nice gym to use so I go on my lunch hour. I need to start going on the weekends but need some ambition!

I’ve gotten back into a good routine. I’ve been going between 4-6 days a week. I’m actually to the point where I look forward to it every day. They just opened a Planet Fitness literally 2 minutes from my house. It is so awesome working out and being home 2 minutes later.

I average 3, I’d prefer 4 but sometimes with work and 12 hr shifts it’s tough.

I try to get there three days a week. I work shift work so sometimes it is hard to get there.

I’m at 3x a week. I got this app on my phone called GymPact. And so say you want to go 3x a week. You put how much your visit is worth, so mines at the lowest, $5 a visit. And if you don’t go they charge you, and if you make it to all of them. They give you a share of all the funds collected from everyone who didn’t go. Last week, I made $3. Which is a free movie ticket.

Next week I’m going to pump it up $10 a visit. And I didn’t actually have to put in a CC number, just my paypal account.

I go 4-5 times a week. I always get frustrated when life gets in the way and it ends up being 3 times. I do my best to not go less than 4 times a week. I also have a PF wicked close to me which helps a lot.

Once a month? Undecided I really need to get back in the habit of going. I was going 3x a week before I started slacking off.

I am really trying to get down in weight (which hasn’t happened) or just tone up (i think i’m seeing more of this). So, I have been going to the gym everyday of the week for 1 hour a morning and maybe 1-2 times a week at night too.

I go about 5 days a week. On the days that I don’t go to the gym I run on my treadmill at home. I commit to going to classes at the gym with friends (spin, pilates, etc.) so that I can’t talk myself out of going.

Prior to my pregnancy, I was going 5 days a week for 1-2 hours at a time (while pregnant, I just ran).  I always went in the morning so I didn’t have anything else to distract me or give me excuses.

I hit the gym at least 3x a week, but run on my off days. Exercise of some sort, either weights or running, 6x a week for me!

I work out (with a trainer, but I’m calling it the gym) 3 days a week for 45 minutes (MWF).  I’ll try to do something on the weekend (like a hike or long walk) – but it rarely happens.

For me, 3 days totally works for maintenance.  I’d like to drop a dress size, so I need to get serious about adding an extra day in there and watching what I eat.  It’s those days I botch my diet that really screws up my weight loss plan.

Well I just started going to the gym..I try to go 4 days on 1 day off.. but this week my muscles were really hurting lol so today is my second day off and I will be going tomorrow.
