My job is cleaning up ‘issues’ that my employer’s CS department messes up. Needless to say, I am very critical of horrible Customer Service. Other issues I can always let go, but bad CS I just can’t handle. I just left a bad review for a venue in Lake Tahoe Fiance and I were dead set on getting married at but they couldn’t be bothered to answer our multiple emails…. bad CS is soo frustrating and will get a negative review from me in a heartbeat.
Edited to add: On the flip side, when I receive stellar CS, I always go out of my way to tell that person’s supervisor/boss. Good and bad is always noticed. 🙂

I can only recall one instance where I gave a negative review. It was for a flower shop that my Future Mother-In-Law, friend and I went to in search for wedding flowers. The woman who worked at the front was blatantly rude and not helpful. the worst part was that she was so rude to my Future Mother-In-Law, who is a very sweet woman. If she weren’t there, I would have given that woman a piece of my mind. Instead, I wrote a terrible review on yelp and the BBB.

cls9q: I rarely leave any reviews because I’m too lazy, but if service is either really good or really bad I will absolutely leave one. I never ever feel bad about leaving an honest review when someone has screwed me.
