Everyone is different, but I only talk to my MOH about once a week-to two weeks!

Hmm I talk to my MOH once a week if possible in a weekly scheduled skype chat since we’re in different towns — we don’t talk about wedding planning, either.  If we do, it’s because I kinda stuff the topic in there.  I have a bridesmaid I talk to once every couple months, a bridesman I talk to once a month, and a bridesman I talk to every day (all online).  That’s just the way we all are though with our friendships and life in general, with the exception of my one bridesman — we’re all bad at keeping in touch, and we live in different areas (one in a different time zone) which makes things even more difficult.  I haven’t put a lot of responsibility on them though, so it’s not really necessary to talk to them a lot about the wedding.

My MOH is in another state – we only talk once a month or so – i’ve chosen her because she’s been there every time i’ve needed her & we can pick up the phone & chat as if we just spoke the other day.

Usually about once a week… if we are really busy it could be once a month. Right now leading up to the wedding, for the past month we have been talking three to four times a week. Usually one of those conversations is about wedding stuff and the others are just random. Like she has a really cool job opportunity coming up that is super exciting.

All the other bridespeople I talk to once or twice a week, and usually do that even if we’re pretty busy (all except my brother live at least several hours away so we only see each other in person twice a year). The MOH is the only one where communication drops off if we’re busy. And again, right now, with only 70ish days until the wedding, we’re doing a lot of wedding talk, but that didn’t happen until a couple of weeks ago.

I talk to her at least once a week, if not more, through text/FB/in person. We’d probably talk and hang out more if our schedules weren’t so opposite. She has college and I work nights. But we usually text each other when we have something funny/interesting to tell the other or just to say hi! Before she had a child and we met the adult life, we used to see each other on a daily basis. I miss those days!

I am my BFF’s MOH, and I talk to her maybe once every two weeks. Same thing when she was my MOH. We talk half wedding, half other stuff. We are both busy, and I let her know if she needs anything to reach out to me. I actually sent her a thinking of you card today to remind her that her wedding is less than 6 months away so we do little things like that 🙂
