Once or twice a week.  I have very dry curly hair.  I WISH my hair could get greasy.

Twice a week. The last day before I wash it it is definitely greasy, but I simply don’t have time to do the whole process my hair requires more than that with my current schedule. Thankfully ponytails never go out of style!

jewellight :  3-4 times a week. I used to be an every day washer and it was always so greasy. I had to retrain my scalp and that was a process, but now I can stretch it a couple days with dry shampoo and updos. I’d love to get it down to once or twice a week, but I have fine blonde hair and that might be unrealistic.

Daily. I’m an avid exerciser and cannot go without washing my hair. But I use an organic, no harsh ingredients shampoo and conditioner and my hair does great with it.

I switched to an all natural shampoo bar, and I now only have to wash my hair twice a week. Before that it was pretty much daily because of how gross it would get.

Typically every other day. My hair’s pretty fine/thin and gets pretty greasy if I leave more than a couple days in between washes.

I’m a runner & it gets pretty dirty quickly so I wash it daily.

One from Etsy. I’ll be honest, my hair was pretty gross for the first couple of weeks after I switched. I was washing my hair every day with the bar just to look half decent. And then my hair adjusted, and it was like a miracle! All of a sudden I could go days without washing it, and even without dry shampoo. Since the switch, I normally wash my hair Sunday night and don’t wash it again until Thursday night.

I think the seller’s name is NaturalViolet.

ETA – I use a combo of Apple cider vinegar and water in a spray bottle as conditioner now.

Generally daily. Maybe I’ll skip a day on the weekend here or there.

2-3 times per week. I have thick, frizzy, dry, curly hair so getting it greasy is not a problem – I actually wish it would have more moisture and shine.

I wash my hair after a cardio workout but otherwise just body shower.

Every other day with dry shampoo in between.  My hair is SO fine and greasy.
