Ususlly twice, in an ideal world it could do with being washed 3 times a week to always look clean but usually it gets a quick wash and is left to dry naturally at some point near the middle of the working week then it’ll have a good wash and blow dry ready for the weekend

I’ve settled comfortably into every third day. Used to be every other day, then I got lazy and discovered the wonders of homemade dry shampoo (baking soda + cocoa powder) and got a third day out of it. 🙂 I have waist-length hair, somewhat thick, so on dry shampoo days it goes in a bun.

Every day. It could probably manage every other day before it gets gross greasy but I like the feeling of clean shiny hair, so.. I let it air dry 90% of the time and figure daily washing can’t be as bad as daily heat styling. (Also I hate dry shampoo, it doesn’t make it look or feel any it because I’m blonde?)

Once every 3 days, so about 2-3x a week. If I exercise, more. If I don’t leave the house, less.

Every 2 or 3 days, depending on what I have going on. If I didn’t work out I could probably go another day or 2. I try to time my washes around when I know I’ll be doing something important.

I wish I could only was once a week like some bees here.

2x a week, usually on Tuesday nights and Saturdays after work before doing something. I used to be an every day washer but with bleaching and blowdrying so often I could never get my hair longer than an inch past my shoulders. With the twice a week routine, letting it air-dry, and stopping the bleaching, my hair’s finally mid back now, yay 😃

About 2-3 times a week, but closer to 2. My hair doesn’t really get greasy at all and it holds a style really well. I wash my hair and then usually style it in a loose curl and it stays looking almost as good for about 3 days. I have very thick hair and would hate if it needed washes every day, how do some of you bees have time?! It takes an extra 45 minutes on top of my usual shower/getting ready routine when I’m washing my hair.

I’m a 1-3 er. Average 2 for sure, but if I do a nice blow out, I can usually get a full week (or at least 4 great days, 1-2 ok days and 1 that im just too lazy to wash on). But usually 2.

I’ve been doing every other day for the past few years, but I notice that sometimes I can wait two days in between without it being gross.  That’s a huge advancement for me. ha ha I hate washing it so the more I can spread it out the better. I don’t bother with dry shampoo or anything; it’s never worked for me.

Almost always daily, but sometimes I’ll skip a day. My hair is super greasy naturally. I now use Loma shampoo and conditioner and before I started using that I never would have skipped a day!

Twice a week.  Wednesday mornings, and Saturday days.  Yesterday I broke down and used a little dry shampoo.  Then this morning it still looked great but I went ahead and washed it just to keep up with what’s been working.

It’s been a slow transition from every other day to this and it seems to be working well for me!

2x a week with a shampoo (I know it’s a curly hair no-no, but it’s prescription), co-wash on days when I’m working out. I try to not use silicones, sulfates, waxes, or drying alcohols in any of my hair products so my curls stay moisturized.

I have thick, wavy, course hair so if I’m wearing it curly it’s every 2-3 days. If I straighten it, I can squeeze another day out of that so maybe every 4th day. I plan my hair around what I have going on that week, tho. Lazy week? Curly. Have to do stuff? Straighten then use a wand on it.
