Every day about three times a day. Not saying that’s healthy though.

Like you did, I have a terrible relationship with scales. I just become obsessive and unhealthy so I still don’t weigh myself but I have heard the same that weighing yourself once a week is ideal.

I try not to just because there was a point in my life where I was doing it every day it became a little obsessive and unhealthy. I do measure myself since I am currently tyring to loose inches here and there. I usually weigh myself every 2 weeks maybe.

Never. That information is irrelevant to me. If I gained weight, was it fat or muscle? If I lost weight, was it fat or just water? And really, who cares? I know I am healthy and I’ve never been overweight.

liaeona:  I literally never weigh myself. The number on the scale doesn’t matter one bit to me. I go by how I look in the mirror and how my clothes fit. I’ve definitely gained weight since getting married and am trying to lose the weight at the moment. As long as I like how I look I don’t see why a number matters.

I don’t.  I take pictures instead.  One front, One side, One back.  Yes, in your underwear.  I don’t let anyone else see them, however, I find it easier to see my progress in my body rather than on a scale.  Mostly because I know that if I lose weight, yet gain muscle, it will not show on the scale.  If you don’t like the scale, there are lots of other ways to measure your progress!  Just find what works for you!
