    It used to be 3 times a week. Once a week when I was in a slump. 

     

    Now it’s insane, every day (30 Day Shred). I wonder if I’m hurting my body by doing it so often, but I’m not in any pain so…

    @WestCoast:  I just bought Hip Hop Abs and my first day was yesterday. For their 4 week program, it’s 6 days a week. And I love that they gave me a day by day calendar of which work outs I should be doing. After 4 weeks is up, I’ll probably be doing 4-5 days a week.

    It varies. Sometimes I’ll work 4 days a week, and then skip two weeks. I need to be better at this!

    I try to workout 5 days a week. 

    Monday: run, chest workout (weights and push-ups), abs

    Tuesday: run, back workout, abs

    Wednesday: sprint workout, legs (squats, lunges, etc)

    Thursday: run or some other kind of cardio, shoulder workout

    Friday: run or walk or a box workout, arms, abs

    I aim for 4 days a week (3 days running, one day volleyball) but that’s pretty malleable depending on what’s going on that week!

    I joined a gym about a month ago, and here is the routine I’ve been doing:

    Sunday- yoga

    Monday- cardio and abs

    Tuesday- cardio and abs (there isn’t a class I like Tuesdays so I just do the elliptical even though I don’t like using the same machine two days in a row lol). 

    Wednesday- zumba

    Thursday- yoga and some cardio or abs if I feel like it.

    friday- core strengthening class and cardio

    Saturday- relax! 

     

    My gym is right next to work so I can just run over during or after work, otherwise I’d probably only work out 3-4 days a week.

    Monday: Weights

    Tuesday: Zumba

    Wednesday: Nada!

    Thursday: Zumba

    Friday: Weights

    Saturday or Sunday: Zumba (and take the other day off)

    I’ve been sticking to this routine since last summer. Getting in shape is a sloooow process but I’m feeling so much better!!

    6 days a week of heavy weight lifting for a half an hour and 10 minutes of cardio and stretching.

    I work out almost every day- probably works out ot 5 times a week. If I’m REALLY sore, I skip the next day, but most of the time I at least run a couple of miles or bike 7-10. I feel so much better when I work out and I have so much more energy when I do. I used to want to sit on the couch after work but now I look forward to working out and making dinner! Plus, my butt feels perkier 🙂

    I would like to work out more, but with grad school I’m finding it hard to do more than 3 times a week.  I’m sure I could do more if it was my priority, but usually if I’m not studying, in class, or at work my priority is my Fiance or just relaxing!  I do know that exercise helps with stress, so I do try and be consistent with 3 times a week.  Besides, I’m a curvier lass and I want my arms to look awesome in my dress!  Smile

    I run 3 miles every morning Monday through Friday… that’s just to maintain though, not to lose weight.

    I’ve been doing 30 day shred 6 days a week but since Thursday I’ve been very sick and totally out of my routine. I’m taking a sick day from work tomorrow and hoping to jump back on tomorrow afternoon if I’m feeling better or on Tuesday. Then Thursday and Friday ill be out of town with a crazy packed schedule and ill be all out of whack! Just have to remind myself that it’s ok to have some misses here and there and I’m still working toward a positive goal.
