I came off bcp in February but haven’t had my period yet. How often should I be intimate with my husband per week? I have read that day 10 to 15 are best but I don’t think that applies here. Not sure if anything will happen as my cycle hasn’t regulated by my doctor said there is still a chance that pregnancy can occur.

Every other day is great if you don’t know your cycle yet. Try ovulation tests if you want to narrow the window down

Lol, I think she’s talking about for best chances of conception.
I agree the OPKs are a great way to narrow the window down. If you want, you can just have sex every other day and cover the whole month! 🙂
We do every other day starting around day 10 until I get a positive OPK and then every day until after I ovulate (which I check use BBT charting).

The day before ovulation is the day most likely to result in pregnancy, although up to 4-5 days before and the day of ovulation are also fertile days. Every other day would be good, or every third day if every other day is too much.

Every other day is a good place to start for people who don’t know their cycle yet. If you decide to use OPK’s and chart, it will help you narrow to your fertile window.
Google the Sperm Meets Egg Plan. That’s what we used the month we concieved.

Since my cycle was so erratic after coming off BCP, we ended up doing it EOD for 3 weeks until I confirmed ovulation through charting my temps. I wanted NOTHING to do with Darling Husband after that. HAHA. Irregular cycles suck, I feel for ya!

Do you chart? I’m TTA, but I found charting to be immensely valuable in learning about my cycle. Then you can plan your sexy time around the point when you will be ovulating.
Best of luck in your TTC journey 🙂

Thank you! We will start to be intimate every other day. Darling Husband will love that, lol!
