@BlondeeBee:  I only wear mine outside the home. If I’m home, I’m doing things that might bang up the ring. I also take it off to put lotion on my hands, or if I’m working with clay.

I wear mine to work and to the gym if I’m not lifting weights. I don’t wear it in the shower or to bed and if I’m staying home all day I dont put it on unless I leave the house

@WhatMaeBee:  This is exactly what I do, except that I now keep it in a jewelry box that Darling Husband got me for Christmas. I think, outside of always wearing it, this is the best way not to lose it.

I take it off to shower, cook, clean, and sleep. When it’s off, it is safely in my jewelery box.

I have a cousin that is a Jeweler and she told me to wear my rings when I’m not home but as soon as I get home take them off. She also told me to never sleep with them on, do laundry with them on, wash dishes or do any cleaning while wearing them. It wears the rings down, loosens the diamonds and dulls them more over time. I also take them off everytime I wash my hands. Hope this helps! ๐Ÿ™‚

I take my ring off to work out, shower, and sleep. I also take it off if I’m going to be doing a lot of manual labor so that I don’t hurt myself. I’ve had friends whose rings nearly cut their finger off because it got cut on something moving. Scares me to death.

I should take my ring off for more dish-doing and crafting, but I forget.

My friend, who’s a jeweler, says that most stones are lost while sleeping or doing dishes, so I try my hardest to not sleep or do dishes in mine.

@MrsSnowMountain:  yay for rose gold…and indulging in multiple rings, hehe! Your rose gold bands are beautiful, very organic. I saw a pic of the 2 stacked together, which is my favorite variation ๐Ÿ˜‰ Currently, I am on vacation and just feel like wearing stacked bands. Here are my 3 beauties, in case you haven’t seen them ๐Ÿ˜›

I take mine off when I shower, style my hair, do the dishes and when I’m baking or cooking something messy. I’ve had mine for less than a month, so I always feel uncomfortable taking it off. I’m always worried it’s going to fall down the drain or something.

@BlondeeBee:  I take it off a lot. It’s slightly too big on me, especially in the winter, so I don’t wear it around the house at all. I’m not going to resize it because it fits fine with my 2 wedding bands.

Otherwise, I don’t wear it when I’m at the gym or going to the beach/pool

I take mine off when I get home every day.  While out I only take them off while getting a manicure or to do a physical task at work, which rarely happens.  I always carry a satin pouch in my bag to put them if I have to take them off.

I take my ring off for everything!  Washing my hands, putting on lotion, showering, dishes, cooking, sleeping, gym etc.  I normally don’t wear it around the house either.  I lost a tiny channel set side stone a while back, so I try to be super careful now.  I do have a fake stand in ring that I probably wear more often than my real ring haha. Come to think of it, I usually only wear my real ring for special occassions ๐Ÿ™‚
